Debt Management

I received an email from World Debt Release Management (World Bank). The email said that I’m inheriting a large sum of money and ask for some basic info (Name, address and phone #) but nothing confidential. What’s it all about?

ive never had ccjs, the most i had was defaults. ive been on the debt management program for nearly 5 years and never missed a payment. i wanted to get a new car but have been reluctant coz i just figured i wouldnt get the finance.
