It's a scam.
This is the web site of the real "world bank" compare the address and you will see that the email did not come from there:

http://www.worldbank.org/

Your Scam probably originated somewhere in Nigeria.

They start out asking innocent questions and the next step will be that you
need to send money to them so they can pay the fees to release your "inheritance" to you.

There is no inheritance and you will end up losing the money you sent to them and they could also raid your bank account, etc.

Do not give them any information about you.

NOT your name, address, phone number, SSN and NOT your bank account number.

If they insist they need these things..... tell them to take out their "fees" from the inheritance and send the rest as a cashiers check to your lawyers address...

That will shut them up right away.

My concern is that you are already struggling to service your existing debts so taking on more seems foolish. What would happen if you lose your job or become sick? These things do happen to people. I know from experience.

There are companies out there who would consider you for finance because of your record of 5 years repayments and no CCJs, but they will charge you huge interest rates that you will pay back 3 x the loan amount. You are only buying money for the sake of a newish car.

There are plenty of bargain cars out there for less than £1000 with plenty of life left in them. Recently I saw a Triumph Acclaim with 28k on the clock. 1 careful owner £650.
If you buy something like that, run it for 5 years and clear all your debts and then buy a new one with a bank loan at a reasonable interest or save up in a credit union and take out a loan at 2% interest.

Buy something Japanese off this website. I bought a brilliant little Mazda car for £400 with 26k on the clock. Utterly reliable and cheap to run.

Financed cars is more expensive to insurance cause it requires full coverage. You can compare how much you would pay for full coverage of this car using this tool - carinsurance.deep-ice.com

A student credit card is geared for students. There should be three reasons why you want one....
- Build credit
- Emergencies
- Help with tuition and boarding

These cards have a some basic characteristics
a.) Low credit limit
b.) 0 to low annual fees
c.) Rewards for shopping online and at select student stores.

That's lots of cash back. When I went to college couple years back my first student card was from Discover. I applied at Just Card Offers.

here's the link:
http://www.JustCardOffers.Com/Student-Credit-Cards-Apply-Now.htm

That's just my 2 cents.

A student credit card is a credit card designed for college students, usually college students enrolled in four year universities, but in some cases community colleges also. A student credit card comes with lower credit limits, usually averaging a credit limit of $500. Many credit card companies offer credit cards for students or "young adults."

While searching for a student credit card it is a wise idea to compare multiple card offers before applying, see http://www.studentcreditcards.com , then decide on one single student credit card that fits your needs the best. It is very important to note that students should NOT apply for multiple credit cards as each completed application goes against your credit history as a credit inquiry and too many inquiries doesn't make your credit profile look good.
